First 3 or 4 km were ok. After that I was totally tired. I had to walk long periods and I was afraid that I will not reach the finnish. Afterwards I didn´t feel so good either. I hope that I am not sick or actually becoming sick.

Rest day like yesterday. I am having too much work to do at the moment. Working days are quite often 12 hours or sometimes even more. After day like that I don´t have energy to train. Drinking one beer and then sleeping is better option...
