I tried to run slow (or at low pace), result was not that good. I hope I didn`t run too fast, because my legs were little tired at the end. I ran in the Soignes forest again and it is quite hilly.

Recovery run in the Forest du Soignes with Virpi. Running felt good and we found nice route. It is nice that there is a place like that very close, almost in the middle of the Brussels.
