I tried to run slow (or at low pace), result was not that good. I hope I didn`t run too fast, because my legs were little tired at the end. I ran in the Soignes forest again and it is quite hilly.

5*90''/30''+5'+5*30''/30''+5'+5*15''/45''+5'+2*6*10''/20''.After every session 5minutes easy running.I tried to run faster parts fast but easily - rennon kovaa. Nice training and rather hard as well.I hope this helps with my diesel-feeling...

Recovery run in the Forest du Soignes with Virpi. Running felt good and we found nice route. It is nice that there is a place like that very close, almost in the middle of the Brussels.
