I tried to run at low pace, but hrm was about 15 higher than normally.Tomorrow will be a rest day and I hope it helps.I will have first race at saturday and during 9 days I will have 4 races. I will also try to do at least one hard training during next. So, this is going to be so called "block" before I just start to wait for Jukola. After this "9 days block" my training is more or less just "DiipaDaapa"-things...
