Very hard race. Very hot weather and lot of climbing. I made few mistakes (totally maybe 2minutes), but I was "dead 2 km before finish. Last 2 km took me 25minutes. I had to walk and I wasn´t sure that I will reach the finish. Not satisfied at all.

1st race in Belgium 3 days. I made few mistakes, but I was satisfied with result and the feeling.

I tried to run at low pace, but hrm was about 15 higher than normally.Tomorrow will be a rest day and I hope it helps.I will have first race at saturday and during 9 days I will have 4 races. I will also try to do at least one hard training during next. So, this is going to be so called "block" before I just start to wait for Jukola. After this "9 days block" my training is more or less just "DiipaDaapa"-things...
