Flanders Sprint Champs. Very Bad race for me. Too much mistakes. totally around 4 minutes, which is 3min 45 seconds too much. Virpi ran very well. She had only 300meters shorter course, but she was 3 minutes faster...

I tried to run in the morning, but 15 minutes was enough. I felt myself too tired. Same feeling than yesterday, feels like I have lost 30% of my "horsepower"

Only few small mistakes (totally maybe 2minutes). Running didnĀ“t feel good. Feeling tired.

Morning run. Achilles bit sore. I hope it will recover. I saw very bad motorcycle accident during run. Driver lost totally control of his bike and drove in to the forest.

Achilles more painful than in the morning. Tomorrow no running.

Because of achilles rest of training in gym and with crosstrainer.
