1st Belgium 3 Days. Bad race. I was feeling lazy and running felt really bad. Lot of walking and some difficulties with orienteering as well.

Morning run. Today I was more determined than yesterday. Muscles bit sore due to the yesterday`s intensive strenght training. Tomorrow and Friday I will rest and prepare myself for weekend.

I planned to run in the morning as well, but I was too tired and lazy. It was more than nice to stay in the bed 45 minutes more.

Morning run. I ran faster than normally. Legs felt little tired, but suprisingly good feeling. This week I will train quite easy. During next weekend (from Saturday to Monday) 4 races. > "Belgium 3 days"
