Driving back home. No possibilities to train and actually no motivation either. I have set some goal and I have not been able to reach them. My next goal is not get more than 10kg extra weight. No sport goal anymore

Before the race with J-M. Calf was hurting and I knew that race is going to be difficult

Orienteering race 1:05:00 [4] +295m
ahr:167 max:180 shoes: VJ Supra

Belgium Night Champs in Matelange. Nice course, I would have prefereed more difficult, allthought I made few mistakes also. Calf was hurting and I had to walk almost every uphill. In flat and down hill I could run. Totally 3min and 30 sec mistakes. Without injury 5 minutes faster.

Alternative training because calf. Really hard without any floating equipment. Heartrate was about 150 (measeured with traditional way=counting the pulse )
