I can feel my knee and legs. Pain in my legs is around 5 (1 - 10) and knee 8.

2nd day. Orienteering was more challenging and I had problems with knee and calf. Better day than yesterday

First day and also hard day. Really warm, +27 degrees and knee+calf was hurting like hell. Too fast start and due to that Virpi had difficulties between 11 and 14 km (walking). Result was as good as with this shape you can get, but still I am disappointed to my performance. No mistakes, but speed was not that good as I expected it to be. Tomorrow slower start and lot of eating today.

Visited doctor. Cortisone injection into knee and painkillers to knee and calf. Medical training is now working and knee is better. During yesterday and today some carpenter work at home (putting some missing baseboards). I think that there is always somethings missing or to do if you have a house.
