Trail Run 1:00:29 [3] 5.6 mi (10:48 / mi)
(injured) shoes: NB 804 - Size 9.5

At Hand Hollow Preserve. Mostly on trails, a little bit on overgrown logging roads. "Lower" humidity - dew point in the mid 60's. Still taking it easy since the ribs are still a bit sore, so I'll check the "injured" box.

Road Run 32:45 [3] 3.6 mi (9:06 / mi)
(injured) shoes: NB 878 - #6

Syring Rd., Albany Tpke to end of woods and back. Very humid (still), low 80's. Ribs slowly improving. Felt like a mild side stitch (that wasn't going to go away). No ibuprofen (before the run) so I could feel the "real" pain level - tolerable. Only 11 days until WY.

Road Run 24:27 [3] 2.7 mi (9:03 / mi)
(injured) shoes: NB 878 - #6

Ran the whole distance. Still some soreness so didn't push. Quite hot - still 83F at 6pm. Rt. 66S, Richmond Rd to Reed Rd and back.

Road Run 19:00 [3] 2.0 mi (9:30 / mi)
(injured) shoes: NB 878 - #6

Yay, I can run again! Not pain free, however. Took it pretty easy and walked some (time spent running is an estimate). Ran 1 mile, walked 0.4, mixed run and walk for the next 0.9, then ran the last 0.5. Rt 66N, then Albany Tpke to Howes Rd. Ribs felt pretty good early in the day, then I sneezed - ouch!

Walking 11:24 [2] 0.8 mi (14:15 / mi)
(injured) shoes: NB 878 - #6

Walking in between the running.
