A bit longer run on the roads (not motivated to drive somewhere to run on trails). Overcast and mid-70s but quite humid. More of a slog than anticipated.

At Beebe Hill SF near Austerlitz, NY. Ran (and walked) up to the fire tower (and climbed its 81 steps off the clock). A clear day so the view was very good - Albany, Helderbergs, Catskills, Greylock, Catamount Ski Area, the wind farm on Brodie Mtn. Also ran a bunch of the mountain bike trails. Temp in the low 70s with low humidity - quite nice.

Road intervals. 4 x 400m with 90 sec recovery. Pretty warm (81F) and the last one was a struggle. But, got it done. Splits: 141, 145, 144, 148.
