Red course at Hurd SP (WCOC local event). 6.7 k SL, about 240m by my count. Hosted by George and Lyn on a newly updated map using Lidar contours. Nice, mostly open woods with generally good footing but currently leaf covered. And another fine day weatherwise - about 50 and partly cloudy.

A rather sloppy run. Often found myself significantly off-line, resulting in lost time on controls 3, 6, 7 and 8. Had a little trouble at 2 since there was a group of about 15 (!) people huddled around the bag. Followed the line headed towards 7 for a bit while headed for 3. Actual time lost was probably about 5 or 6 minutes total, but that was enough to drop me 4 places.
