Trails at East Greenbush Town Park including running a big hill hard 4x (300m long and AP says it's a 40m climb). Total climb reported by AP seems high and HR in the first 5 minutes of the run is bogus. Nice day in the mid-50s. Trails were in pretty good shape with only a few muddy spots.

Easy run. Glutes sore from Pilates yesterday. Crocuses and snowdrops are out, as are the ticks.

Substitute instructor who was very good. Intensity was notably higher than we're used to. Humid in the room, so a bit of a sweat fest.

At Hand Hollow. Trails were muddy in places - not a surprise. Warm day (especially for March) - mid 70s.
