East Greenbush Town Park. Followed the stream to the south, first on the use trail and then off trail when the use trail ended after about 500m. Eventually picked up a pretty good woods road and followed that until I turned around since the plan was to be done at about 45 min. Backtracked mostly on the route I followed out. Trails seemed muddier than last week when I ran here.

Legs tight and tired from yesterday's run so challenged by some poses. Felt really good to stretch. Used a foam roller on hamstrings and calves after yoga.
