Triple-Dam 10k Trail Run at Green Lane Park. Race course was about 1/3 asphalt, 1/3 graded gravel and the rest either on grass or real trail with actual rocks and roots. A "lollipop" course with the first and last 2.5 miles going out and back the same route. A couple of significant hills but nowhere near the 1100' of elevation gain hyped by the race application and printed on the shirt. The 600 or so feet from the GPS trace seems about right. Nice course but tame enough for the roadies. And a great day weatherwise - sunny and upper 30s at the start (9am) and approaching 50 by the time they did awards.
Finished 67th overall and 3rd in M60+, about 2 minutes behind the fastest old guy. Race winner did it in about 38 min. Considering that this was longer than any run I've done in quite some time, I'm happy with my performance.
Legs are pretty trashed, especially the hamstrings, but I don't think I did any lasting damage.
