South Mountain Preserve. Covered most of the trails, including the loop on the other side of the power line. Several small muddy areas, all easily passable. Two places where large trees have come down recently and completely blocked the trail. A few other large trees down off in the woods. Still humid (DP ~70F) but temperature in the mid 70s so tolerable. Twisted my left ankle about 1k in but continued running without issue. Landed pretty hard on a stone with my right heel - that’ll be sore for a few days.

Cape Henlopen SP. Parked in the big beach lot and explored various trails from there. Ranged from paved bike path to loose sand with the majority firm sand. Sunny and 85 with only partial shade so another hot one. Went swimming in the ocean afterwards!

At Trexler Preserve, starting along the creek below the Zoo. Climbed up to the North Range area where there are lots of mountain bike trails. The map I had wasn’t particularly up-to-date so I did an unintentional loop at one point but knew I needed to get to the top of the ridge so just kept heading in that general direction. It was hot and humid (still!) and 40 to 50% of where I ran was not shaded. Walked a lot. Rewarded myself at the end by sitting in the Jordan Creek for about 10 minutes.
