Hike at Mill Hill Preserve, which includes the highest point in Montgomery County (PA) at 218m. Quite rocky, including boulders as large as 4m. Low 80s, a little sticky but not bad in the woods.

Sprint 1 at Tamanend Park. 2.8k, pretty flat. Lots of trail and open field running. Nice course by Lena with lots of route choice. Lower 80s, sunny. Fairly clean run.
