Note

Rest for a couple of days on the cards.

Calf is still dodgy, doesn't feel like it has full strength. And the heel/plantar bit that's been on and off tender for the past month started aching a bit without stimulus last night.

I set the alarm for 6am to go up Sucha Bela gorge before I left, but decided 10km and 500m climb wasn't smart.
