Mass start, Grotte Béatrix. Score event... ran off with Hugues, managed to shake him off by the 5th control or so.... pity it was so short.
Was going to go running again straight afterwards, but got delayed talking to people, etc. Got cold, went out again...

Training Perso. Cold. Gave myself some controls to pick on the technical plateau. It's difficult up there despite the good visibility. It must be hell to map......

Night orienteering.
Had planned on being back in Paris by this stage, but got delayed so went ngiht orienteering for the first time in five or six years, and the first time on something resembling a technical map.
Have to admit I really quite enjoyed it. It was perhaps a little easy, but this is not a bad thing for a nighto virgins......

7 or 8 minute warmup plus collecting a few controls with alternate route choices to the race, also in reverse order... slow :)

Had a few wobbles on the flat area in the beggining of the course losing maybe 2-3 minutes.... otherwise ok. nice place, map a little dodgy... good course set by michelJ

20 minutes on rowing machine. shouldn't really be replacing other sessions... good to add in a weekly rowing session or two to gain back strength????????
