Friday Feb 9

running 52:45 [3]
railway run, sigtuna map...
first time jogging with a map in a long while (not orienteering). Should be doing it more often, it's good.

Achilles T started getting aggravated again, I thought it would hold up, but feel it this afternoon... might give the weekend orienteering a miss :(

I'm not used to this sort of injury... don't really knowwhat to do about it. Apparently stretching helps. I haven't had intense pain yet, so hopefully it's not too serious yet.
C • no pain=serious injury 1
bike 4:00 [3]
4*1hr four days to and from the fac... commuting is great :)

Wednesday Feb 7

running 30:00 [1]
testing the achilles. not particularly reassuring :(

Monday Feb 5

Note
Achilles tendon is complaining.

Started getting sore during yesterday's race, a little more during the post-race jog. Getting out of the car afterward it hurt a bit. Hurts when walking and it is extended (behind). Hopefully since I had no acute pain it will heal fast and/or is not serious. Hopefully.

Sunday Feb 4

orienteering race 58:19 [4] **** 8 km (7:17 / km)
spiked:16/22c
Rocher Salamandre
Departmentale - great place to go orienteering. Course wasn't overly technical... planning could have been much more interesting.

Still, managed to lose almost five minutes in mistakes... cos tme victory...
orienteering 1:00:00 [1]
Out on RSalamandre map afterwards (with a bit of water and pain d'epices in the ventre) - first on the GdeFranchard overlap.
Went slowly and tried to understand the map. It's not very well defined in places and quite complicated, so it was interesting work.
