Nothing too technical, no real mistakes... didn't push hard but still slightly harder than any time recently. Flat map, which given my condition is a good thing. Got mild cramps in the calf again last night in bed. I hope that means it's healing :) | ||

| Gym in Warsaw for the first time.
I'm persisting in recording non-running activity as one sixtieth of the actual time involved. Partly for consistency, partly out of snobbishness. 50 minutes on a bike-like thing and 15 minutes on a ski-machine like thing. Not much fun. Plus 5 mins easy warm-down pedalling. Next time I might do a bit of strength too. | ||
