very happy to oversleep today... only barely made it in time for polish class after the shortened jog this morning... sunshine, 12 degrees, like ireland just after christmas!!
decided i could prove a new but not very interesting theorem in a café this afternoon...

This was fun!
Fort Twierdzy Modlin, north of Warsaw, fort that held out longest against the nazi invasion in 39, built successively by swedes, napoleon, etc....

Lots of ups and down (for a change in Poland), reasonably technical, excellent sprint terrain...
course was supposedly 5km, but Garmin said I ran less...
