Note

Had five spoons of un-chewed porridge last night, that was all I could manage. Plus an ibuprofen. As one can imagine, sleep wasn't great.

This morning, I could eat porridge, slowly. Lunch was three big bowls of beetroot soup plus a very ginger portion of liver and potato. By evening I could eat pasta...

1st finnish class of the season, yay! Didn't make it to IR in Paloheinä, boo.

Longish run, a few hills, 4 with stairs, 4 without. Apparently the wonky-stair hill can be double-stepped the entire way up, apart from the one super-wide step.

Glorious out, again. Good views by Finnish standards.

Out for 2h20, but stopped a bit.

Experimenting with no steroids, not going well so far. Two nights with v poor sleep and ears were not popping while running today. On the plus side, I picked up a couple of tables yesterday.
