Sunday morning long slow run from the mökki.
Mostly following for the first few controls, then decided the 7th was a good place to cut, so navigated from then on, on my own. Even found the control sites. Not much energy, though started to feel better again running on trails at the end after I'd recovered my mislaid glove. Butt muscles are sore, I guess from Friday. Actually, lots of muscles feel used now.
