Lignon loop. Getting faster.

Morning run. Longer swim in the Rhone after work. Then moving boxes in the evening, followed by outdoor jazz concerts. A good day!

WOC selection. I mostly knew I had no chance, but a race is a race.

A few mistakes...
Tough running... stability muscles all sore the next day...
Pretty exhausted by the time I was heading to 17.

And I thought this was supposed to be close to 10 or 11 km?
