Glorious walk/jog with Martin M above Saint-Ours, before the long drive to Geneva.

Had a biscuit before hitting the upper col, but no hunger, no tiredness out there. How bizarre. Ate a bunch back at the car, but wasn't hungry then either.

Out for 3h22, moving for most of it.

Another big mistake on the first control. Never really with it today, sleep deprivation taking its toll. Went over the left ankle a little too.

3rd control was in the wrong place, lost 2:30. For the 10th control, I was in the wrong place, MP (83m away, similar feature).

Some positives, solid splits, but a shame to be out of the reckoning.
