Do'nt know anything about distance.
Did it on the same day after I had physiotheraphy. I'll never do that again, because I had pain everywhere.

Bovenbenen wat pijnlijk, voor de rest voel ik me prima.

Solo, zanding, koude oostenwind.
Ondergrond keihard vanwege vorst.
Klimmen slipperig vanwege het vele bevroren blad met rijp ven de vorst erop. Heb genoten.
