Jukola 2007 (BAOC) 7th Leg.

A good race from the 2nd to the 12th control, which was over half of it. After the 14th control my right lower calf tightened completely, probably as a result of wearing an ankle brace. Both my running speed and navigation were poor for much of the rest of the race as a result.

UPDATED: In retrospect, my doctor think that I partially tore my achilles.
