Why am I making the first log entry in almost a year? Well I forgot to stop my watch after the workout so I had to delete the file before I could download it. (I don't have the Polar software installed on my work laptop.)

In any case, my workout was roughly:

6 x 400m R w/400m recovery.

1:14 / 3:45 for each
