A short run on the beach on the North upper arm of Cape Cod.

This was only 1 hour after a big lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised how little my stomach complained.

My throat is still sore though. :(

Run-as-far-as-you-can-in-20 minutes.

Joined Vladimir 1.5 laps after his start. He pulled me for 12 minutes or so, and I pulled him for 6 before I was on my own.
