A decent race, although I wish I had been with a faster group. Greg and Randy seem to be just about my running speed.

Thursday May 11

Endurance (low intensity) long (Running) 1:01:00 [2]

Hit an unlucky run of red lights at the end, or it would have been 1-2 minutes faster.

Endurance (low intensity) warm up/down (Running) 20:00 [2]
Intervals intervals (Running) 16:42 [4]

Legs felt weak. I think I should do some lifting.

To Kezar and back.
Endurance (low intensity) warm up/down (Running) 7:00 [2]
Intervals intervals 22:33 [4]
They were playing some weird game with webbed sticks and a little ball on the field, so runners had to use the upper asphalt path which was approximately 0.4 miles with two slight dips.

I ran 3 x 1287m w/644m rest.

4:47 @ 169 / 4:01 @ 134
4:49 @ 172 / 4:06 @ 137
