Note

I have decided to run a 100k run September 21st from Madrid to Segovia. An ultramarathon has been something that has been calling me for a while now and I want to do this now. It just feels like the next step for me.

I have been getting bored of running short fast distances. I feel stagnant athletically and I need something very demanding to get me out of this feeling. Running 100 kilometers should do it. I am looking up training plans and trying to figure out how they might be compatible with orienteering training. They certainly don't seem mutually exclusive.

Long run in the Casa. I felt really good to start and then mediocre throughout the rest of the run. It got warm today. Not really hot. I think we've got a ways u until we reach Spain's top heat.
