Note

So a week later and the front of my knee is still uncomfortable to touch. That's scary enough for me to upgrade this to full rest status.

It does seem to respond to rest and ice. So I'm going to focus on that and take this time as a break from training and enjoy it as best I can!

This is the forest right next to my house. Now the question has to be asked, why did the universe have me discover this after WOC in Norway?

Knee felt pretty uncomfortable today. So I overdid it yesterday then. My heart wanted to keep going on this course, but my head told me to stop. Injuries like these always fade into your memory years down the line if you take care of them.

Woods are stunning right now. It reminded me a lot of where the WOC relay and middle were. The trees are generally much closer together here, but in general it was super similar.
