I am really enjoying this winter much more than normal, mainly due to exploring the skiing options around here and having better gear for it.

But the other day I really wanted to have just one warm day. Just one day to sit outside, have a coffee, and watch the afternoon go by.

I miss days like that in winter in Spain. But I also really do like real winter. It's tough having two homes : /

Got the Skikes today. Much, much easier to balance on these. They do seem to be the fanny pack of the rollerski world, but I got a good workout, had fun, and didn't fall.

So I will proudly wear this fanny pack.
