World of pain circuits.

Typical circuits with sprint runs of 3 mins in between each set of circuits.

Last 20 minutes was group games with competition against other groups. Lots more sprinting and the competition makes you sprint that little bit more.

You watch them drop out as the class goes on........

Was not sick which is always a good sign. I am sure it is doing me good.

After the 1 hour circuits class they even carry on to do a further 30 mins of football. As I have no idea how to kick a ball I gave this a miss. However next week I will see if they will let me in the gym room for the last 30 mins and do some cool down exercises.
