Slow run. Felt pretty bad all over for this whole struggle fest. Ran up the domain for the first 15min, then 15min round the jogging loop and the rest was running home. At least it can only get better

Week summary- Sore hamstring prevented much running, likewise with damaged wrists and gym. Hopefully both are on the mend for next week
