Running race (Park run) 22:26 [5] 5.0 km (4:29 / km)

Park run! I was feeling pretty beat up from squats on Wednesday and skiing yesterday, but after the first I'm everything loosened up and I decided to push it. Felt sore but strong. Happy with the time, hopefully I can get it under 20min by January!
