Orienteering race (Urban) 38:43 [5] 4.35 km (8:54 / km) +25m 8:39 / km

Clok Stockton Riverside Long. Not sure why I was a bit flat. Not in race mode. Maybe warm weather slowed me? Pace not good. Some errors but some good legs. 1:4000 but still tricky to read. Fun.

Orienteering race (Urban & wood) 1:00:30 [4] 6.16 km (9:49 / km) +156m 8:43 / km

NATO Prudhoe East. I had high hopes! Huge navigational error on entering woodland lost me 5 mins! Also lost 50 secs to #2 as circle not cut. So much climb and not a great course or map. Circles also not cut over detail. Positives are body held up very well and the journey was good. Nice to drive over to the castle (not on map) to eat packed lunch.
