yeah, so this week I was not as active as I had hoped to be... in order to make up for that, I did a long run to Red Bull Academy... felt alright but had to struggle a bit with the wind in my face on the way back

easy run to Leopoldskron and back... I was fighting some allergy symptoms, so I never tried to push and just took it easy... at least it showed my body that this is not ever yet ;-)

**PB for HALF MARATHON**

Well, actually that was my first half marathon ever... I had a few doubts going into the race whether I had trained enough and whatnot... but once the race started, I just tried to enjoy the run and the beautiful weather we had in Linz today... was very happy with my first 10k but couldn't quite finish at that pace... 1:47 is still satisfactory for me, seeing that I had only had 2 months to get ready
