Running 56:09 [3] 9.8 km (5:44 / km)

Decided to go back on my Salzachsee course again in order to do some interval training:

1. 15 mins warmup
2. 8 sets of the following intervals:
1 min max speed running
1 min fast walking
3. run back home

While the first 2 sets of the interval training went just swimmingly, the last 3 sets turned out to be a real PITA. The hardest part of the experience, however, was the run back home. Fighting a nasty breeze and some exhaustion on my part, I had to do quite some struggling to get home again within a reasonable time frame. I made it, though, and that's all that counts now :)

Running 1:04:00 [3] 11.1 km (5:46 / km)

What a run! I got tired of my Salzachsee course and decided to go on a little Sightseeing loop instead - with the result that I got ridiculously lost in Salzburg's suburbs. But hey, I don't know of any other running course that takes you to Schloss Leopoldskron as well as to the Royal Thai Consulate and Augustinerbräu Mülln :D

So yeah, I might do it again.

Running 30:00 [3] 5.2 km (5:46 / km)

just did a 2*15 mins run to shake off those tired legs... I felt alright, even though I was a little sore from playing football... but I figured it'd be a good idea to get used to more regular training again... so yeah

American Football Tryouts @ Amstetten Thunder

15 mins warmup, American Football drills, general workout, flag football

had a fun time with fingeraua, gugumonster and studyingKlaus... didn't have a breakout performance though, with only one reception, no tackles and no touchdowns... however, although my teammates and I got our asses kicked, it was cool to see that football really is a complex sport that requires athleticism, skill, passion, and strategy,

Running 58:35 [3] 9.8 km (5:59 / km)

Salzachsee lap, clockwise
had to postpone the training session by a day due to nasty weather... today it was nice out, although pretty windy...
suffered from tired legs during the first half (yeah, i was also wondering where that came from *weird*)... however, i made up for the lost time in the second half of the run... felt GOOD to be active again

Running 1:00:00 [3] 9.8 km (6:07 / km)

Season Opening - Salzachsee lap.
Had a fun time running and could have gone on for some more time but didn't wanna overdo it. Didn't mind the time as I didn't have a watch on me. I think it was quite okay for a start, seeing that I was ill last week.
