Other (Skiing) 4:00:00 [3]

skiing trip to kasberg with andi... nice snow conditions and hardly any skiers in the area... so we did quite a lot of skiing and were kinda proud of ourselves at the end of the day... weather was not perfect though, freezing cold and lots of fog

Fistball (Tournament) 2:00:00 [3]

Tournament Round in Kirchdorf

we finally managed to get our first win this season... it was hard work, but now I feel that the slump is officially over... it could be too late for us though, as we are in a pretty bad position, having lost 7 of 8 games so far... we'll see what next week brings

Note
(injured)

just a note to explain my lazyness... i suffered a bruised rib last weekend that's been troubling me for the last couple of days... tried to do a little run today, but will need to wait for full recovery of the rib thing before i can be active again... still gave me a hard time breathing while running... as of now, i think i'll be back on track on monday (just in time for "montags bei hans")

Fistball 1:30:00 [3]

indoor training

that was pretty bad... after pausing for almost a month, my body reminded me that it should take a week or two to get back in shape... my stamina was bad, my speed pretty slow and i had hardly any feeling for the ball... things can only get better
