Indoor training
some soccer as a warmup, some exercises and 3 sets of playing time at the end

first indoor gym training of the year

10 mins warmup (running @ 10 km/h) followed by strengthening exercises... mostly worked the upper body (arms, back, abs) but also paid some attention to balance and coordination
