run to Gnigl via Kirche Aigen - Jugendherberge - Parsch - Kirche Gnigl... felt a lot better than on Wednesday, even though I still lacked the proper rhythm and confidence in my running... I always wanted to slow down fearing that I wouldn't be able to finish the run at the current pace... but in the end I found out that I am better than I thought and so I pushed the last 2 kms... will start out a little bit faster the next time and hope that I will be able to run that course in less than an hour

klaus, remember when you told me that I just needed one run and I would be back to normal? well, here's to hoping you were right, cause today I felt awful... I really hate going back to training after a longer pause (which can be attributed in equal parts to bad weather, stress, laziness, and a cold) cause I was short-breathed, my legs started to hurt halfway into the run and I just didn't feel that typical "running mood" today... looking at the time, I can be kinda happy cause I didn't lose that much over the last couple of weeks... if only the feeling for the run came back as quickly...
