Running 46:11 [3] 9.3 km (4:58 / km)

just had to go out for a little run to make the most of this beautiful weather... so I ran to Muellner Steg and back, cause I had estimated the distance at around 10k... turned out that it is some hundred meters shy of that mark but that should not bother me too much... speed was okay and it was definitely some good training for the 10k in Linz in a little over two weeks from today

today's run was waaaayyyy better... went on my favourite course for a short, quick run - along the Salzach to Nonntaler Bruecke and back... the first half of it was fabulous, it's slightly longer than the second part but I finished it in 14'23... on the way back I had to slow down slightly and had to push quite a bit... all in all, however, it was really good training and it shows that I am making progress... let's keep it that way
