last round of tournament play for this year... all in all we cannot be happy with how the season unfolded, but we managed to stay clear of the hot seats at the bottom of the table... so let's just forget this season and look forward to the next one

riding my bike into town to have it serviced... got it back in the evening and rode it back again... now my bike is ready to take on some mountains - and so am I!

in spite of my tired legs I couldn't let this beautiful day go by without any training... so I got on my bike and rolled up to zistelalm via elsbethen in a really relaxed and slow way... my goal was to still be able to push on that last stage from zistelalm to the top... so I didn't give a damn about my overall climb time, which was pretty slow (1:16:08)... on the bright side, I really was able to pick up the pace on those last 2 kilometres, where I also overtook two other riders... all in all, it was just a nice and easy training session

opted for some variation today and did a nice run in not-so-nice weather (moderate rain)... seems as if my mountain biking helped my running legs as I have not felt that good in a long time... maybe I should also switch to mountain running and forget about that bike ;-)
btw, the run was to lehener brücke and back
