Running 1:06:00 [3] 12.0 km (5:30 / km) +150m 5:11 / km

went for a first inspection of the fuschlseelauf course today in order to locate the peculiarities of the course... unfortunately, I ran it counterclockwise while the actual run in late August will be run clockwise... so after all, this was pretty useless apart from the training I got done

Running 1:08:00 [3] 12.0 km (5:40 / km) +150m 5:20 / km

evening run along the salzach to mülln and on to mönchsberg - nonntal - hellbrunner allee... still felt wednesday's hard cycling session in my legs but pushed nonetheless... that led to some leg soreness towards the end of the run but it didn't bother me all that much... I am pretty happy with the time, as I've never been faster on this track before

Mountain Biking 1:33:25 [3] 23.0 km (4:04 / km) +860m 3:25 / km

just had enough time to squeeze in a gaisberg session (via elsbethen) before I had to head to our annual teachers' farewell party in oberndorf... knowing that I was pressed for time, I pushed right from the beginning and was surprised that I could keep the speed up until the very end... unfortunately I didn't check the climb time cause this sclimb has got "new pb" written all over it

Running 51:00 [3] 9.5 km (5:22 / km)

nice summer run to müllner steg and back... felt strong despite the fact that this was my first run in forever... but all that cycling must have had a positive effect on my running as well... love it!
