First training in ages... naturally, there was a lot of rust that needed to be shaken off but it felt nice to be back on the fistball field

Run to Elsbethen and back... I'm suffering from a little cold at the moment, which slowed me down a bit... will rest tomorrow in order to keep it from getting worse
