when i started warming up i felt dizzy at times which wasnt nice. took the race at a pace where i knew i woundlt make mistakes from going to fast. but think i went abit slow and probally should have ran quicker. along with the dizzy ness at times, slow running? and mistakes (route choices) where i read contours wrong and took stupid routes (11,12,13,15) which where all werid routes
-11 to courois and went in to early. plus 30 secs to 1 min.
-12 read the countors weridly longer route more climb. plus 1-2mins
-13 ddnt know if you were aloud in fields and had some guy near me so didnt want to risk it. you wear aloud :/ plus 2 mins.
-15 mistake at the control. plus 1-2 mins
good from the day though had a goos trong fast finish from the last k :D
