Harriers saturday training
Ran out to the school playing fields along the river as the cross country race had crowded the grass outside the stadium, then did a pyramid session around the grounds. Was about a mile circuit. Did 6 mins, then 4, 2, 1, 1, 2. Then me and James left to go to the orienteering, jogging back past the stadium to the other end of the park to get to the start in time.

Woodbank park score, odds and evens format,
Punched an even that I needed to bypass and punch later to get a better strategy with no extra distance, so spent ages figuring out what to do. Therefore I didn't have quite enough time to get all the rest, and was late (Limit was 45mins)

Not really a good session, I told them I had shin splints and as it was an all pavemoent run, I got moved to a group doing a grass session and i ended up doing laps of the grass embankment with strides between the lamposts
