Ra up and down the hill a few times then went into the start

2nd fastest time
16 seconds slower than my PB
was annoyed at my GPS and HRM because the GPS spent ages trying to find the sattelites and by the time i started it hadnt found them. And halfway round my first lap the HRM stopped working and i couldnt get it to pick my heart rate up at all.
Plan was to keep at a constant pace of about 4:15 min/km but my GPS didnt work so i didnt know how fast i was going
And it was raining all the time, just to make matters worse somebody at the side of the road on the way down decided to spray me with a hose, it wasnt a good morning for me.

Ran to a tree on the other side of the track and back

Ran round first bend at what was supposed to be 800m pace did it twice with a walk back to start and about 10 seconds as recovery, did this twice
Ran round first bend and along back straight at the same pace, but everybody started sprinting which didnt make the teacher very unhappy. We only did this once because the person in the class that has just had a metal bar put behind his ribs got run into when he was marking the 200m stopping point. This made the teacher even more unhappy and we went straight onto the race instead of repeating the 200m

got put in the fastest group even though im not that good at short distances so i came 3rd of 7 and onl about 6 seconds downon 1st,
