Cut it short today becuase i was feeling a bit ill all day and my body was aching after 2 nights of intense training. i dont want to wreck myself for the fitness tests

First time round it was 30 seconds on each, then rest while partner does it then the second time 20 seconds on and 20 rest. Then afterwards we all got told off because apparently we weren't trying hard enough and some of us couldn't feel our arms.
