A bit hesitant in places and my route choice to 11 was really bad, i tried giing through the rocks and lost at least 1 min.

as i was slightly late, and Dave wasn't there, we got put in the lower group, if i had been 5 minutes earlier i would have gone out with the higher group on the roads, and i'm really annoyed because the session i did was really easy.

Person every 100m, something went wrong though, so we ended up doing one less than we should have.
